Our System
Tactical Training Systems takes into account the endless variation of an individual athlete training for a specific goal. This system can be adapted for athletes of all kinds. Whether you are a beginner seeking to improve general health or an experienced endurance athlete seeking to push towards your first ultra-marathon: TTS evolves with you!
Personal Programs
This is a personal training package that involves 1-on-1 contact with Coach Adam Whisler who will personally produce and develop your program based on your goals. If you have lofty ambitions, competition goals, or specific needs, this is the optimal package for maximizing improvements! Coach Adam has coached powerlifters, ultra marathon runners, CrossFit athletes, bodybuilders, Best Ranger Competition competitors, Special Forces operators, and more. Whatever your goal may be, this is the package to maximize your success!
8-Week Package
This package will include a weekly 15 minute Zoom call with Coach Adam, movement and technique analysis, and weekly training plan updates based on your progressions in training. It will be fully tailored to your goals no matter how challenging! This is best for those that have a competition or event coming quickly that need a program to help them now! ($150/month)*
16-Week Package
This package will include a weekly 30 minute Zoom call with Coach Adam, additional movement and technique analysis, weekly training plan updates, and access to additional educational content and videos based on your needs. This is the best program for those that have a specific date in mind for a competition or event that have the time to adequately prepare and train. ($115/month)*
Custom Package
The custom package is the most adaptable package to suit your needs. This is the most comprehensive package which includes performance nutrition, cognitive performance, gear recommendations/checks, additional Zoom check-ins, live technique cueing, or more. ($175-250/month)**

Military Programs
These programs are made for Army Soldiers seeking improvement in their profession, preparing for a physical event, or attempting to thrive at a school house. Each program begins with fitness testing baselines and exercise selections based on YOUR needs and produces the optimal program that will always EVOLVE WITH YOU.
8-Week ACFT Preparation
This program is an intensive approach towards maximizing your potential in the ACFT in 8 weeks. Using circuits, intervals, strength progressions, and a fully individualized adaptive system, your program will evolve with you as you progress in 8-weeks towards your best ACFT score! ($30 one-time fee)
Ranger School Preparation
This program is an extremely intensive 8-week preparation program for those that want to maximize their success at Ranger School. It will fully prepare you for all the physical challenges faced in the school house and bulletproof you to fight preventable musculoskeletal injuries. ($30 one-time fee)
SOF Selection Preparation
This program is demanding in all ways to fully prepare you for what is expected at Special Forces Selection and Assessment. It will build the strength, aerobic capacity, and muscular endurance necessary to thrive under the harsh conditions and demands of physical testing, land navigation with rucks, and team week. ($30 one-time fee)
